Clubhouse Hours
The staff at the Mountain Park clubhouse extend a welcome to every Member, Resident and Patron and encourage participation in the many activities within Mountain Park.
The basic philosophy of the staff is to provide wholesome and enjoyable physical,
recreation, and social activities and to foster the attitude of family participation in a friendly atmosphere.
Our news publications, Parkways and Medley, contain all of our current classes and programs. Each publication is mailed out on alternate months around the 1st of the month and you may also read them online at mtparkhoa.com/mpnews.htm

Fitness Classes & Activities
Mountain Park Recreation offers a variety of mind/body and traditional fitness classes (including water exercise classes that are held at Lake Oswego High School) all for free to the residents of Mountain Park. Browse the list of classes and view their descriptions. For classes and special programs that require registration, we have an adult waiver form and a children's waiver form.
We also have several activities for youth and adults such as an game night, Kids Nite Out, Mah Jongg, special and seasonal events, etc. Please call the clubhouse for upcoming activities at 503-635-3561.
Weight Rooms
Mountain Park has two weight rooms. We proudly feature the MedX Core System, the best weight resistance on the market. We also feature a Smith machine, cable crossover, free weights, and dumbbells up to 65 lbs. We also have top of the line cross trainers and treadmills such as, Cybex, SportsArt, SciFit, Woodway, Landice, True, etc.
Welcome to the Mountain Park Massage Therapy Center located in the Recreation Center. Whether you come simply to relax or if your needs are more therapeutic in nature our therapists are here to help. All therapists are licensed and draw from an extensive repertoire of massage techniques. The Mountain Park Massage Therapy Center is open to the public. We have five Licensed Massage Therapists. Same day appointments may be available. Call 503-635-3561 to make an appointment. Payment is made at the time of the scheduled massage. If a cancellation must be made please call 12 hours in advance of the scheduled massage to avoid charges. Gift certificates are available and make a perfect gift for any occasion.
Personal Training
Do you want to exercise, lose weight, build muscle, and improve your health? Are you having trouble getting started on or committing to an exercise routine? Working with a certified personal trainer will give you the needed support, motivation, and encouragement to reach your fitness goals. Our Certified Personal Trainer is genuinely interested in working with you and can design an exercise program tailored for your specific needs.
Strength training is an essential part of any fitness program. It raises your metabolism, strengthens muscles and connective tissue, increases flexibility, improves immune system function, improves reaction time and balance, and increases bone density.
Personal training sessions may be scheduled at least one day in advance, by telephone at 503-635-3561 or in person at the service desk of the clubhouse. Single sessions, packages, and gift certificates are available.
Basketball Court
On the lower level of the Recreation Center is a half-court basketball court. It is used for basketball, volleyball, classes, and Mt. Park Playgroup.
Steam & Sauna
There are steam and sauna baths in the locker rooms on the lower level of the clubhouse.
Tennis Courts
Mountain Park has three tennis courts. Two are located next to Brook Gutman Park on Jefferson Parkway and the other is located on Morningview Circle off of McNary Parkway. To reserve a court time call the clubhouse at 503-635-3561.

- Mt. Park Playgroup (meets every Tuesday at 10:30 am)
- Girls Nite Out: A Binge & Bender Party - a night of shopping, noshing, cocktails, and pampering
