FITNESS
Rigorous Rena is fitness manager at Mountain Park. She coordinates classes and recreational events, oversees fitness department ops and personnel, and ensures all workout equipment is maintained. She also teaches classes, trains on weekends with friends, and runs. Whew! “My job is wonderful because I’m constantly shifting gears,” Rena says. “One moment I’m teaching a class, then I'm training a client, then I’m off to research new workout trends. Keeps my brain and body active!” And with Rena, it shows.
