FITNESS
FITNESS CLASSES
The lower level of the clubhouse offers two fitness studios: one for mind and body classes - the other for group fitness classes. Classes are available at no charge (unless otherwise noted) to residents of Mountain Park.
SPORTS COURT
The clubhouse has a multi-purpose sports court, ready for basketball, volleyball, and several other recreational programs for children and adults. A balcony along one side offers prime spectator views of sports activities.
CARDIO/STRENGTH TRAINING
An open-floor plan weight and cardio room offers a variety of circuit training, free weight, and cardiovascular training equipment. This room is a large, climate-controlled, naturally lighted space.
TRX TRAINING
Train on the TRX suspension system with Fitness Manager and TRX Certified trainer Rena Bohm.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Especially effective if you are having trouble committing to an exercise program, personal training is specific to your goals and schedule. One on one training will help you reap the many benefits of exercise including weight loss, increased muscle tone, agility, and overall improvement of physical health.
All sessions are one hour in length. Training options for groups are also available. As with all amenities, guests of Mountain Park residents are welcome to participate in personal training. Sessions should be scheduled at least one day in advance by calling 503-635-3561. Sessions may also be scheduled in person at the fitness service desk. Payment must be paid up front when scheduling.

Please note: Ages 14+ may use the fitness amenities after completion of the weight/cardio room orientation. This free class runs every Sunday at 2pm. Stop by the service desk by the sports court to attend.



TRX Bootcamp - Next Round Starts February 14th
The next round of our wildly popular TRX Bootcamp is starting soon! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8-8:50am February 14th-March 9th, join instructors Rena & Taylor for this intense but very productive workout. Cost is just $50 for 8 sessions, but sign up soon as only six spots are available!
