COMMITTEES
The Mountain Park Home Owners Association has four standing committees: the architecture committee and the clubhouse committee. The board of directors appoints other ad hoc committees as needed.
Committee members perform a valuable service for the community, but are always in short supply. Residents interested in participating on any committee are encouraged to contact the association.
- Architecture Committee: The architecture committee is the only committee specifically established by the CC&Rs. It establishes architectural standards for our community. All new construction and modifications to existing exterior structures require the approval of this committee. It typically meets once a month.
- Clubhouse Committee: The clubhouse committee is responsible for developing, monitoring, and enforcing rules for the Mountain Park clubhouse.
- Compliance Committee: The compliance committee oversees the compliance of the CC&R's and Bylaws through communication with homeowners and assistance where needed; with the aim of maintaining Mountain Park as a very desirable and attractive community.
- Reserves Committee: Assists the Board with it responsibility to ensure the Common Properties are maintained. Duties include: performing Common Property inspections periodically, and reviewing scheduled reserve expenditures and identifying capital expenditures projects annually.
