President Tim Warren has been a Mountain Park resident since 1997 where he lives with his wife, Chris, and their 3 children Jennifer, Haley, and Jason. Tim has served on the Mountain Park Board since March, 2006. He is the President of Three Oaks Development Co., a second generation family owned commercial Real Estate Development and Management Company, which was founded in 1976. Tim has served on several private, public, and non-profit boards in the Portland area. Some of those include the Family Advisory board of Emmanuel Hospital, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (President), Multnomah County Drainage District (President), and Two Rivers Montessori School (President). Vice President Robert Barton moved with his family to Oregon in 1991 and has lived in the same home in Mountain Park ever since. Dr. Barton has been married to his wife, Katherine, for 21 years. They have two teen daughters. Apart from work, Dr. Barton enjoys hiking, photography, and supporting his daughters' many extracurricular activities. Dr. Barton is a faculty physician at the Dotter Institute at OHSU. His duties include delivering patient care, teaching residents and fellows, and participating in medical research. Secretary/Treasurer Ted Nelson and his family moved to Mountain Park in July of 2006. He and his partner have two children who attend Lake Oswego High School. Ted is a Certified Public Accountant and is currently Finance Director for Wieden+Kennedy, the international advertising agency based in Portland. Prior civic involvement includes five years as Board Treasurer for Portland Habitat for Humanity. Ted currently sits on the Lake Oswego School District’s Configuration Committee which is studying the school district’s choices around how to optimally use its facilities with a shrinking school-aged population. He also sits on the Board of Sockeye magazine, a bipartisan, public affairs magazine covering the spectrum of Oregon-focused topics including school choice, land-use planning, modern tribal people and healthcare. Kerby Carambot Kerby is President of Carambot Investment Advisors, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor with the State of Oregon providing investment advice, comprehensive financial planning and asset management for individuals, families and small businesses. Kerby moved to Mountain Park with his wife Lauren in August 2007. They relocated from the NW 23rd neighborhood. After renovating their McNary Highlands Condominium they welcomed their newborn son Becket home in November of 2007. As new members to the Mountain Park HOA the Carambot's are enjoying getting to know their neighbors and getting involved in the local community. Mark Champion is a VP with Piper Jaffray and a chartered financial analyst and manages money for corporate and municipal clients. You may see him occasionally on KGW as an economic commentator for the nightly business report or quoted in the Portland Business Journal. Barbara McNelly has been a resident of Mountain Park since 2003. Having been born and raised in the Multnomah and Wilson Park communities, she has had a familiarity with the Lake Grove and Mountain Park areas since an early age. She has a twenty-five year background in business management. Her varied experience includes starting, growing, and successfully operating her own business for seven years while living in Arizona. Her recent experience includes financial management of multi-million dollar properties. This experience includes: establishing and managing large budgets which includes maximizing income, working with contractors to facilitate building improvements, facility operations which have included managing maintenance, landscaping, and administration personnel, marketing and advertising, equipment purchasing, and community relations.
