The Mountain Park clubhouse banquet lounge is the perfect place for a wedding reception, social event, or conference.

Located in the heart of Mountain Park, in a beautifully wooded setting with a spectacular view of Mt. Hood, the Banquet Lounge is the ideal place to host your next social event.

The Banquet Lounge is a popular place for wedding receptions, holiday parties and birthday parties.

The Lounge features a parquet dance floor, grand piano, wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and private deck. For your use, we also have a full kitchen, cloak room, ice machine and portable bar.

The 3800 sq ft lounge will hold 300 people banquet style. We have seating for 104 at tables and chairs and an additional 24 at the lounge furniture.

Food & Beverage Service

Mountain Park does not provide food or beverage services or equipment beyond use of kitchen, ice machine, and coffee makers. And by not limiting you to a preferred list of caterers, you are free to use your favorite caterer.

Alcohol Guidelines

Self serve alcohol parties are prohibited. Alcohol is permitted at social functions under the following conditions:

• Signee must provide a licensed bartender to serve alcohol
• Licensed bartender (or catering company) must show proof of license and liability insurance
• Signee must show proof of host liquor liability insurance with Mountain Park as additional insured

Hours

We book one event a day in the Banquet Lounge. This is quite an advantage when planning an important social event. Without the time restrictions most other facilities impose on their clients, you can arrive in the morning, decorate the Banquet Lounge, and return that evening when the party begins! The Banquet Lounge is accessible during our normal operating hours and, with prior arrangements, after hours until 1 am.

CONFERENCES & MEETINGS

The Banquet Lounge is available for business meetings, conferences, seminars and other business needs. Contact the event planner for rates.

The tables and chairs can be arranged conference, school room, or theatre style and can accommodate up to 150 people. We also have available a podium, microphone, InFocus projector, wall-mounted projection screen, overhead projector, and more.

The Mountain Park clubhouse is conveniently located just off of I-5, ten minutes from downtown Portland. We are easily accessible from anywhere in the Portland Metro area. Get map here.
